Party law and party research are integrated into the academic teaching of Heinrich Heine University by the directors and staff of the institute at various points. Numerous seminars and lectures on the issues related to political parties are offered by institute members. In teaching, special emphasis is placed on linking fundamental and applied knowledge. This is achieved in an excellent manner through the diverse contacts of the institute. For example, it is common for practitioners to be involved in academic training as guest lecturers.
